Easy to use

Confusing instructions on bottom sticker.

Bottom sticker, says something about "pushing all the way down".. seemed silly for a sticker removal instruction.

First time I tried product, it burnt my throat, and tasted like burn't toast. After several attempts, I decided to write a scathing review. But, first began to contact the manufacturer, about the perceived defective item.

That's when 'i' got the idea, that I should try to push on the metal, tube; located halfway down the mouthpiece. Upon finding an item small enough, and strong enough, to fit in mouthpiece, I pushed the steal tube to the bottom of the mouthpiece.

Then, the menthol vaper began working properly, and I became quite pleased with the product.

Died with 2/3 still left

Taste is great but didn't get to finish all of it.

Burned out with 2/3 left.

I got this because it looked easy to carry around and would last a while. I got about 1/3 o the way through the tank and the coil fried.. I had to throw it away.
