First off, they gave me a wrong tracking order. I emailed and called multiple times to try and get it fixed. They FINALLY sent the correct number after me wanting to get a refund. Then my order somehow was magically damaged during transit to me, so it was sent back to the shipper. I called to ask when the new order was going to be sent out, but I was hung up on. They never replied to my emails/calls to tell me when new order would be sent.
They then issued a refund and I still havent received it, though, I'm sure that will take 7-10 business days depending on my bank.
So, in a nutshell, their communication and customer service is TERRIBLE and I'll take my business elsewhere.
