I ordered the Novo 2 but somehow got the novo 3! I love it! Perfect smooth hit every time. Stays charged all day and I charge it at night. Sleek looks easy system to use. Definitely recommend to anyone new or even experienced in the vaping world.

I ordered the system they changed my order to the NovoX because i also ordered some other things and they did not match (it was for a friend). So when i sent an email to say that the order was correct they said they no longer made this system, but the Novo3 would fit. I returned the Novox but have not received a credit on my card or the Novo3. I have ordered from this company a couple time and this is the 1st issue i have had.

Nice compact vape. No leaks which is big change vs Smok older models. Easy carthage change which I love. Only drawback is the two chartages that came with unit, the coils did not last long. Also, hard to see juice level so have to pull out and check over and over. But, overall nice compact unit.
