Starter Kits - Smok stick Prince Kit

I previously bought this in blue and broke it within a week when the glass shattered. I ordered a new one in a different color and something different came in the mail. Tried to reach customer service but no response. New one didn’t come with a battery so can’t review something that won’t work until I purchase something else.
